- In a blender container, combine milk, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, butter or margarine, and salt. Cover; blend about 10 seconds or until well mixed. Stir in coconut. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and chill.
