Mint Passion Punch image

Let your passions run wild with this island-inspired punch, perfect for any summertime celebration. Tart lime balances the sweet passion fruit in this rum-based cocktail.

1 carton (32 oz) passion fruit nectar or juice
1 1/4 cups light rum
3/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 6 limes)
1 lime, sliced
36 mint leaves
Ice

Steps:

  • In 2-quart pitcher, stir together passion fruit nectar, rum and lime juice. Float lime slices in punch.
  • In each of 6 tall straight glasses, muddle (mash together) 6 mint leaves. Fill each glass halfway with ice; pour punch over ice. Serve immediately.
