Mint Marshmallow Sauce image

This is great on chocolate pudding! Instead of the 8 large marshmallows, I use a cup of miniature ones.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 cup(s) boiling water
1/2 cup(s) sugar
8 - marshmallows, cut into small pieces
1 - egg white, beaten stiff
1 - drop oil of peppermint

Steps:

  • Put the sugar and boiling water in a small saucepan; boil until it has reached consistency of a thin syrup. Add marshmallows. Pour mixture gradually, while beating constantly on the beaten egg white. Add peppermint.
