Mint Fudge image

Same as Pecan fudge just different ;)

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (12) oz package mint chocolate chips
2 (12) oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7) oz jar of marshmellow creme
1 c butter
4 1/2 c sugar
1 (13) oz can evaporated milk
3-4 c pecans, in pieces

Steps:

  • 1. Combine chocolate chips, marshmellow creme and butter in a large bowl
  • 2. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over medium low heat for 9 mins, stirring constantly
  • 3. Pour over chocolate mixture, stir until melted and smooth. Add pecan, stir until well blended
  • 4. Spread into prepared pan and chill until firm Cut into squares and serve Keep in a lidded container and refridgerate
