Mint-Chocolate Cookies image

A sweet gift idea for the holidays. Layer Betty Crocker Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie mix with baking cocoa, crème de menthe baking chips, chocolate chips and marshmallows in jars for the bakers on your gift list!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pouch Betty Crocker™ Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 cup crème de menthe baking chips
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper or silicone nonstick baking mat.
  • Stir together Dry Mix from jar with required Wet Mix ingredients until well mixed. Scoop dough about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake 11 to 13 minutes.
