MINT AND MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE FOR LAMB CHOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2/3 cup oil
2 cloves smashed garlic
3 rounded tablsp.prepared grain mustard
2 tablsp. white wine vinegar
one tablsp. honey
1/4 cup mint leaves

Steps:

  • place garlic and oil in small saucepan and cook for 5 mins broil chops for 8 min a side in a food processor or blender--add mustard, vinegar, honey add garlic mixture--minus 3-4 teasp. add mint and pulse and grind for one min to incorporate leaves
