MINI TURKEY-CRANBERRY MELTS image

1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 french bread roll, cut into 8 slices
1/4 lb. cooked turkey breast, sliced
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
2 Kraft American cheese singles, halved
4 tsp. mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Put 4 slices of bread, mayonnaise side down, in the skillet. Spread cranberry sauce onto the bread slices in the skillet; cover with turkey, spinach, cheese & remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side on top. Cook 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown on both sides.
