Steps:
- 1. In a saucepan melt butter, stir in flour til smooth. Add stock and cheese. Bring to boil cook for 1-2 min. Turn off heat and add pimentos. Place bread on baking sheet, layer lunch meats, spoon cheese sauce and sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 350 for 10-12min.
