1 10 oz. Package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Pepperoni Pizza Filling or Broccoli Filling
1 Beaten Egg
2-3 Tbl. Shredded Parm Cheese

Steps:

  • Roll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 15" square. Cut into 25 3" squares Spoon a rounded tsp. of filling atop each square. Brush edges of dough squars with water.Lift one corner of each square and stretch dough over the filling to the opposite corner, forming a triangle. Seal edges with a fork. Arrange calzones on a greased baking sheet. Prick tops with a fork. Mix egg with 2 Tsp. water and brush on calzones. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with Parm Cheese after about 8 minutes. Pepperoni Pizza Filling: Stir together 1/3 C. finely diced Pepperoni, 1/4 C. finely diced Green Pepper, 1/4 C. Pizza Sauce, 2 Tbl. finely diced Onion & 1/2 Tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning, crushed in a small bowl. Broccoli Filling:Stir together 1/2 C. finely diced Broccoli, 1/3 C. Soft Style Cream Cheese with Chive & Onion, 2 Tbl. Diced Pimento, 1 Tbl. shredded Parm Cheese, 1/2 Tsp. Finely Shredded Lemon Peel and a dash of Pepper.
