Steps:
- Sweat onion in 2 Tbls olive oil--reduce heat to low--add celery,carrot,potato and garlic--simmer about 10 minutes--add ham and cook 2 more minuted--add tomatoes and parsley--cook 5 minutes--add hot stock-season with salt and pepper--bring to boil--add zucchini and cannelini beans--bring back to boil-then lower to simmer--add Kale if wanted--cook 20 minutes--add more stock if necessary-stir in cheese--top each serving with chopped basil.
