This is quick and easy and actually my husband prefers this one to the traditional. Says it doesn't have that sharp taste.

Steps:
- In a skillet on the stove, brown beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Add water, tomato sauce and spices.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- In a microwavable dish, layer the noodles (raw), sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella.
- Repeat twice ending with parmesan.
- Tightly cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
