MEXICAN SPINACH DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 - 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach - thawed and drained
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
½ - white onion, chopped
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (1 drained, 1 undrained)
12 oz grated Mexican cheese blend
1/3 cup sour cream
¼ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Chili powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and turn into a baking or casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips. Can be made ahead and kept refrigerated until ready to bake and serve.
