Mexican Seafood Cocktail image

1/2 cup(s) fresh lime juice
1/3 cup(s) ketchup
1/4 cup(s) heinz sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup(s) chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup(s) chopped green olives
1/4 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped white onion
1/4 cup(s) chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup(s) clamato tomato clam cocktail juice
1/4 cup(s) seeded and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano
2 teaspoon(s) tabasco sauce
2 small anaheim chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
1 small serrano chile, finely chopped
1/2 pound(s) cooked and peeled medium shrimp
1/2 pound(s) jumbo lump crabmeat, picked and cleaned
1 large avocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

Steps:

  • Combine everything except the SHRIMP,CRAB, ans AVOCADO in a large bowl and season with salt to taste if desired.
  • Fold in the shrimp, crab, and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
