Mexican Salad Bowl image

Great cold side dish. Can be made spicy; just add more hot sauce

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
7 ounces sliced black olives

Steps:

  • Stir mayonnaise, chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce together in a bowl until smooth.
  • Put lettuce into a large bowl. Mix corn, kidney beans, and olives with the lettuce; serve with the dressing.
