I love quick & easy recipes. This is my easy lunch or dinner side dish. Add a salad and you have a meal. Or add cooked ground meat for a main dish. The recipe below is for 1 person. Repeat all ingredients for each person serving. Happy cooking.

Steps:
- Prepare noodles according to pkg directions. When noodles are ready, drain completely and put into a microwave safe bowl.
- Add butter, salsa & cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Microwave for 45 seconds or until hot.
