MEXICAN PORK image

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 lb. pork roast
½ t. salt
2 small cans chopped chili peppers
3 cloves garlic
¼ cup chipotle sauce
½ cup water
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup chopped cilantro
(Cooked rice)

Steps:

  • Chop pork into bite size pieces, toss with salt. Put pork into bottom of slow cooker. Pour chili peppers, garlic, chipotle sauce, and water over pork. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4 hours. When done, pour lime juice and cilantro over it. Serve over rice.
