Mexican Mix Up image

1.5 pounds ground beef
1 cups onion
0.5 cups green pepper
0.5 tablespoons chili powder
0.5 cloves garlic
2 cups beef gravy
1 cans red kidney beans
2 cups cooked pasta
0.25 teaspoons salt
0.125 teaspoons pepper
0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown beef with onion, pepper. Add chili powder and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add the gravy, beans, cooked pasta, salt and pepper.
  • Place into a 2 quart casserole (12x8x2).
  • Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese. Continue to bake until cheese melts.
