Mexican Corn Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 c frozen corn, cooked and chilled
1/2 c red pepper, diced
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1/2 c red onion, diced
1 c mayonaise
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c chili cheese fritos, crushed

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cooked and cooled corn, peppers, onions, mayonnaise and cheese.
  • 2. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
  • 3. Stir in crushed chips prior to serving.
