15 OUNCE BLACK BEANS
8 OUNCE DICES ITALIAN STYLE TOMATOES DRAINED
11 OUNCE MEXICAN STYLE CORN W/ RED AND GREEN PEPPERS
10 OUNCE WHITE SHOE PEG CORN DRAINED
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 CUP DICED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS

Steps:

  • PRE HEAT OVER TO 400 F PLACE CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER IN CASSEROLE DISH AND PLACE IN MICROWAVE FOR 2 MINUTES AND STIR TILL MELTED REPEAT IF NEEDED. MIX BLACK BEANS, MEXICAN CORN, WHITE CORN INTO THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE, BAKE CASSEROLE IN OVEN TILL BUBBLING, STIR 1/2 CUP CHEESE INTO MIXTURE ADD JALAPEÑOS AND REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP BAKE ANOTHER 3 TO 5 MINUTES TO MELT CHEESE
