This recipe used to be on boxes or Ronzoni Orzo Pasta, I grabbed it off their website, http://ronzoni.newworldpasta.com.

Steps:
- 1. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add RONZONI ORZO. Cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- 2. Stir in water, bouillon and seasonings; heat to boiling, stirring to dissolve bouillon. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
- 3. Stir in tomato and spinach; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY to prevent sticking.
- 4. Stir in olives and feta cheese, if desired. 4 servings (about 1 cup each).
