2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 cups chopped plum tomatoes
2 cups cut-up grilled chicken (1-inch pieces)
1-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 can (14 oz.) small artichoke hearts, drained, halved
1/4 cup quartered pitted Kalamata olives
1/4 cup whipping cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Drain pasta; place in large skillet. Add tomatoes; cook on medium heat 1 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Add chicken, broth, artichokes, olives, cream and garlic; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and basil; stir. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
