½ pound ground sirloin
½ pound ground chuck
2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon chili pepper
½ cup chopped bell pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable*
1 lemon zested
8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
½ cup bran flakes, ground
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
½ cup ketchup
½ cup canned pureed tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin
½ cup Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable**
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix all loaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.
  • Mix ingredients for sauce and spread on top of loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
