Meatloaf with Herb Sauce image

Meatloaf is a favorite when it comes to comfort foods, but this one is special, made with an herb sauce that'll have everyone asking for the recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup tightly packed Italian parsley, divided
5 cloves garlic, divided
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing, divided
10 fresh sage leaves
3 Tbsp. honey, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Chop 1/2 cup parsley and 3 cloves garlic. Add to large bowl with next 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. dressing; mix lightly. Shape into oval loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with sage leaves.
  • Bake 50 min. Brush with 2 Tbsp. honey. Bake 15 min. or meatloaf is done (160ºF). Remove from oven; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, blend remaining parsley, garlic, dressing and honey in blender until smooth. Cook in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with the sliced meatloaf.
