Meatloaf Ole image

My Aunts favorite meatloaf..

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg taco spices and seasoning ( i use the spicy hot)
2 lb ground beef
2 c crushed corn flakes
1 small onion, diced fine, par - cook, just till lucent
1 small red or green bell pepper, diced fine
1 1/2 c frozen. or can corn, drained
3/4 c water
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Combine all ingredients. In 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving..
