Meatloaf - Bob's Favorite (Mama Catelli's) Recipe - (3/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1-1/2 pounds Meatball & Meatloaf Mix (Ground beef, ground pork, ground veal)
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
2 Large eggs
1 Teaspoon pepper
3/4 Cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2/3 Cup milk
1 Small onion (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine everything except the Ketchup. Mix well. Place in baking dish or meatloaf pan and distribute evenly. Spread Ketchup in a layer on top (optional). Bake uncovered for 90 minutes. Check for doneness. If necessary, bake 10-15 minutes longer
