I didn't have any ravioli or large shells to stuff, so I decided rigatoni would be good enough! My husband didn't care for the stuffed rigatoni, but my kids loved it, and they loved how they turned green!

Steps:
- 1. Combine hamburger and sausage, form into meatballs and cook. Cover and keep warm.
- 2. While noodles cook, combine ricotta cheese, spinach and bread crumbs in a blender (small one if you have) chop until a thick green paste.
- 3. Use a frosting tip in a bag (if you have one) otherwise just cut a tip in the corner of a baggie and "pipe" paste into the cooked noodle. Place the noodles on an oven safe baking sheet. Top with cheese.
- 4. Saute mushrooms and 1/2 of your green onions in some butter. Heat up spaghetti sauce.
- 5. Broil the noodles for about 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Noodles will turn green!
- 6. Top your meatballs with some spaghetti sauce, sauted mushrooms, cheese and fresh green onions. Serve with stuffed rigatoni and enjoy!
