Meatballs and Bow Tie Pasta image

An easy and delicious meal. Serve with salad and garlic bread.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound(s) ground beef
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
SAUCE
1 jar(s) (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 can(s) (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 box(es) (16 ounces) bow ties, cooked

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients for meatballs; mix well.
  • Shape into golf ball size balls. Brown in 2 tbsps hot oil in skillet. Add to spaghetti sauce, that has already been prepared, and simmer 20 minutes.
  • SAUCE: Add jar of spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • When sauce has thickened, add to cooked bow ties
  • Serve with meatballs over bowties
