Meatball Stew image

There is nothing like a easy rib sticking stew slow cooking in the crockpot to come home to after a long cold wet day working outdoors.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pound(s) frozen meatballs
1 package(s) frozen stew vegetables
2 can(s) diced italian tomatoes with juice
1 can(s) beef broth
1 tablespoon(s) refrigerated beef broth mix
- instant gravy mix

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients except gravy mix in crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours. A 1/2 hour before serving add enough gravy mix to thicken sauce to desired consistency.
  • serve with nice crusty bread.
