Meat lovers crockpot Chili image

I have won 2 chili cooking contest with this recipe

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 pound(s) ground chuck browned and drained
1 1/2 pound(s) ground sweet italian sausage browned and drained
4 - boneless beef ribs braised
1 - large can of crushed tomatoes
2 can(s) italian stewed tomatoes
2 can(s) brooks hot chili beans
1 - large onion finely chopped fried in a little olive oil
3 - cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 of a 2 1/2 ounce jar of chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
1 - small jalipano pepper seeded. deveined and finely chopped optional

Steps:

  • Put all Ingredients in the crockpot and stir together. Cook on low for 6 hour stirring every two hours
