May Day Cake ! image

I found the pic online. I have a sunflower cake pan and a castle pan that I think will do great for this pretty cake idea. Pretty pastels ribbons and flowers. What a fun cake to make. I cant wait to do this.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box(es) cake mix any flavpr
- assorted candy, real or silk flowers
1 - dowel rod - in height you want
- ribbons in assorted colors - pastels
- frosting, you choice

Steps:

  • Mix and bake cake according to direction. Do a one layer the with cup cakes, or a two layer. Frost and decorate as desired. Insert dowel rod in center of cake, with attached ribbons to it. See pic. Another idea is a two layer and attach the ribbons to cake underneath the flowers you use. Enjoy on May Day !!
