This is an old family recipe. Not sure how many people will actually know this recipe. Some people call it flat bread. We love it and it's a filler for a tight budget.

- It depends on how much flour you use to know how much water and mayo to use. I put the flour in a large bowl. Mix one tbs. of mayo at a time, until the flour is slightly lumpy. Then add water a little at a time until it is like a pancake batter.
- I use a small frying pan sprayed with cooking spray or a little grease to keep it from sticking. If the first one you try sticks, don't worry about it just spray the pan or put a little grease and try again. Remember to spray the pan or grease it before every time you start cooking one. I take a gravy ladle and scoop it full and put in pan. Cook until lightly brown and flip and repeat. Let cool and enjoy!
