Time 1h25m

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/3 c honey
1/3 c light soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 lb medium sized raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
3-4 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
8 oz frozen broccoli florets
1 7.1 oz package of udon noodles, ( asian style stir fry noodles usually found in the asian food aisle.)

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour into a large zip-lock style bag. Place shrimp in bag and close.Place in refrigerator for 1 hr to meld flavors. You can cook this right away if you're in a hurry but it taste better if it's been marinated for awhile because it gives it time for the shrimp to soak in the flavors better.
  • 2. Cook Udon noodles as directed and put aside. In large wok or skillet pour 2 tsp sesame oil in to skillet and heat on high. Add broccoli and stir fry quickly for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Remove broccoli from pan. Heat remaining sesame oil in pan. Add shrimp and marinade. Cook, stirring until no longer pink. Place broccoli and Udon noodles in skillet w/ shrimp. Stir fry until heated through. Sprinkle w/ green onions and wait for the explosion of taste un your mouth!!
