12 Ounce Butter or Margarine
1/2 Pounds Onions
2-3 jalapeno peppers diced
3.5 pounds Brown Sugar
64 oz Catsup
2 coups Liquid Smoke
Short 1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Short 1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/8 Cup Salt
60 Ounce Chile Sauce

Steps:

  • Preparation: Dice and saute peppers and onions in butter, add rest of ingredients and simmer 2-3 hours.
