Steps:
- Steam diced potato and chopped onion for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put salt, pepper and all herbs in the milk.
- Take out steamed potatoes and onions. Steam milk for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, mash potatoes and onions with a hand masher while still hot.
- Add butter to hot mashed potatoes.
- Add cheese to hot mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Pour in hot milk a bit at a time and stir well.
