Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Lb. Bacon diced
1 Lb. Turkey gizzards & Heart chopped
1/2 cup. minced onion
1 Tbls. garlic minced
2 bags frozen peas, thawed
1 loaf hard bread
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup grated Parm. cheese

Steps:

  • Saute bacon till well done, drain the fat and add the turkey parts, garlic. Cook till browned and remove from heat to cool. Saute peas and onions together then add bacon & turkey mixture. cook till heated through. Meanwhile soak the harh bread in cold water. Squeeze water from the bread and break up into small pieces. Add the eggs, cheese & pea/bacon mixture & mix well. Place in casserole and bake at 375 for 45 minutes
