Steps:
- Put the butter, condensed milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla together in a pot over a low-medium heat. Stir until butter is melted then stir in the crushed biscuits. Moisten hands and roll a tablespoon-ish of the mixture around a marshmallow, press firmly to close then roll in coconut. Refrigerate till set- about 30 minutes. Cut in half when set.
