MARLENE'S CLAM CHOWDER image

Number Of Ingredients 11

6 slices Bacon, diced
4 Red potatoes, diced
1 white onion, chopped
3 Carrots, chopped
tbsp flour
1 tbsp Old Bay
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parley
1 cup clam or more
clam broth to desired taste
milk to desired taste

Steps:

  • Fry bacon, when almost done add 1 diced onion and cook until done. Add the diced potatoes and chopped carrots, barely cover with water. Add flour to mix if you want a thicker chowder. Add other ingredients. When veggies are ready, add the bacon and onion and milk.
