Steps:
- 1. Remove stems from strawberries; halve or, if large, quarter berries lengthwise. Combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, mint, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
- 2. Add up to 1T sweetner to taste preference.
- 3. Cover and marinated in refrigerator at least 20 minutes or for up to 4 hours.
- 4. To serve, spoon the strawberry mixture over scoops of frozen yogurt.
