Super easy and delicious Tuna steaks

Steps:
- 1. Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, sesame oil and sugar together. Place the tuna steaks in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the tuna. Let marinate 6 to 8 hours.
- 2. Get a cast iron skillet hot. Add some oil. When the skillet is smoking turn down the heat and add the tuna steaks. Sear on all sides and cook until desired doneness. The best is still pink but warm.
- 3. Slice the tuna and serve garnished with green onions and cilantro and dollups of Sriracha mayo
