Marinated & Roasted Brussel Sprouts image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Fresh ground Pepper
1 dash Paprika
1 cup Brussels Sprouts

Steps:

  • Wash, trim outside leaves from Sprouts and cut in half
  • put trimmed and halved Sprouts in zip lock bag
  • Put marinade ingredients in mason jar and shake well.
  • Pour marinade over Sprouts in the zip lock bag. Seal & refrigerate overnight.
  • Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread Sprouts on parchment paper.
  • Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 min.
