Marinated Green Beans image

Number Of Ingredients 16

2 pounds green beans whole, cooked and drained
Marinade:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 onion small, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise real
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1 tablespoon cream style horseradish
2 teaspoons onions minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Garnish:
Lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Place cooked beans in a bowl. Blend marinade ingredients and pour over beans. Let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Next day drain the beans. Blend all dressing ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Add dressing to beans and toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.
