Marinated Flap Meat image

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 pounds Flap Meat (Costco)
2/3 cup Canola Oil
1/4 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcheshire sauce
3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
4 cloves Garlic

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put Meat in ziplock and pour sauce over.
  • Let marinate for 24 hours.
  • Remove Meat from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bbq to your desired doneness.
