Maple Whipped Cream image

Delicious homemade whipped cream, naturally sweetened with real maple syrup instead of refined sugar.

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 ½ tablespoons real maple syrup
½ teaspoon lemon extract
1 pinch coarse salt

Steps:

  • Combine whipping cream, maple syrup, lemon extract, and salt in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until ingredients are incorporated. Switch to high speed and beat until stiff peaks form. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator, up to 4 hours.
