This rises like crazy and makes a huge loaf of of mildly sweet bread. It's excellent toasted for breakfast.

3 cup(s) bread flour
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) maple syrup
1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
1/4 cup(s) very warm water + 1 tablespoon very warm water

Steps:

  • Place in bread machine according to mfrs recommendation. Bake on regular cycle.
  • Bake on regular cycle.
