Steps:
- Place raisins in a small bowl and pour the hot water over them; set aside. Place remaining ingredients, except the raisins and nuts in a blender or food processor. Blend well, scrape down sides if necessary.
- Drain raisins and chop into small pieces or chop in blender. Add raisins and nuts to the tofu mixture and blend well.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Mixture will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days or so.
