Maple-Nut Butter image

1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Up to 1 week before serving:In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat butter, syrup, peanut butter and vanilla until blended. At medium speed, beat until smooth and fluffy.Serve immediately with Wheaty Muffins waffles or pancakes, or cover and store in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving.
