MAPLE-BOURBON GLAZE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2/3 c. fresh orange juice
1/3 c. pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. bourbon
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
pinch cayenne

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in small sauce pan and simmer until thickened slightly, about 10 min. Let cool. This glaze can be made ahead and kept refrigerated for a few days.
