Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Remove cookie dough from refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. or until slightly softened.
- Place dough in large bowl. Add 3/4 of the bacon; mix well.
- Drop heaping teaspoonsful of dough, 2 inches apart, into 24 mounds on baking sheets.
- Top with remaining bacon; press lightly into dough to secure.
- Bake 12 to 13 min. or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets 2 min. Remove to wire racks, cool completely.
