Mango Lassi Smoothie image

1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

Steps:

  • Combine mango, ice, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth, 1 minute. Serve immediately.
