Mango 5 Color Spring Salsa image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1/2 cup Mango, diced
1/2 cup Green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup Corn
1/2 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
4 teaspoons Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Red onion, chopped
1 Lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Chips

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except the chips and mix thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with corn chips or as a topping for fish.
